Abstract

The implementation of regulations on the criminal liability of corporate legal entities has contributed to enhancing the effectiveness of crime prevention and control, particularly in the fields of economics, environment, and public order. However, practical application still reveals certain difficulties and shortcomings that require timely review and resolution. On this basis, the article analyzes the current situation, identifies existing limitations, and proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of applying the regulations on the criminal liability of corporate legal entities in the coming time.
