Legal scientific research contributing to the prevention and control of interest group influence in lawmaking

Abstract

Based on identifying the concept of interest group influence in lawmaking and analyzing the role of legal scientific research in preventing and combating such influence, the article provides an overview of the current state of legal research in Vietnam in relation to the legislative process. Accordingly, it proposes several solutions to promote legal scientific research as a means of preventing and controlling interest group influence in lawmaking.
