Những điểm mới về tội phạm môi trường theo Bộ luật hình sự năm 2015 (sửa đổi, bổ sung năm 2017)

Abstract

Approved in the 3rd session of 14th National Assembly on June 20th, 2017, Law on supplements, amendments to the Penal Code in 2015 takes effect on January 1st, 2018, which is considered as the effective instrument and vital legal ground in preventing and combating against crimes in general and environmental crimes in particular. This article introduces, analyzes the new points of environmental offences prescribed in the ienal Code in 2015 (supplemented, amended in 2017) and suggests the proper implementation in the coming time.
