Measures of coercive enforcement regarding assets being sums of money in Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgment

Abstract

This paper takes a closer look at regulations in the current Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments on coercive enforcement regarding assets being sum of money. The author, thus, points out some existing drawbacks and difficulties in the practical application which need solving to complete the regulations on the mentioned matter.
