Relationship between civil procedure law and civil law on temporarily suspending the settlement of civil case

Abstract

There has always been a close link between procedural law and substantive law. The assurance of compatibility between provisions of the Civil Procedure Code and the Civil Code is a necessary requirement for the construction and completion of legislation. This article focuses on clarifying the compatibility and incompatibility between civil procedure law and civil law regarding the temporary suspension of civil case settlement.
