Completing legal basis for criminals resisting law enforcement officers in performance of their official duties

Abstract

On the theoretical and practical basis for settling criminal cases on resisting persons in the performance of their official duties, this article analyzes some inadequate issues and inconsistencies in the applications of the law, together with provides some guiding documents concerning the application of the law provisions, and provides some recommendations to meet the requirements of preventing and combating these crimes in the practice.
