Abstract

On the foundation of the theoretical and practical issues on settling the criminal cases regarding the victims’ requests for prosecution, this article provides analysis of some inadequate matters, legal inconsistent recognition, and recommendations in the applications of the law to meet the requirements of investigation and settlement of criminal cases.
