Cơ sở của việc ghi nhận quyền chuyển đổi giới tính ở Việt Nam

Abstract

Although having recognized the sex reassignment, the Vietnamese Civil Code of 2015 has not yet to confirm it is a “right” like other personal rights (Article 37). This article will take a close look on the basics of recognizing the right on sex reassignment in Vietnam in order to eliminate the concerns and establish the solid foundation for the recognition of the right on sex reassignment in the legislative documents and its enforcement in practice.
