Abstract

In reality, prosecution at civil and administrative first-instance trials relies on Prosecutors’ skills, especially questioning and presenting skills which are considered as the most important ones to improve the Procuracy’s position and role at trial and to ensure the Court's adjudication of civil and administrative cases in accordance with law.
