Liability to compensate for non-contractual damages of liquor stores together with reducing alcohol-related road crashes

Abstract

Driving under the influence has been an alarming issue in Vietnam that causing significant economic losses and unfortunate consequences for society. To resolve that issue, the article studies the United States law on liability to compensate for non-contractual damages of liquor stores as references and offers suggestions for Vietnam.
