The proceedings on the first-instance trial of corporate legal entity – Obtacles and recommendations

Abstract

The 2015 Criminal Procedure Code has detailed prescribed on first-instance trial of corporate legal entities. However, the application of that procedures shows a number of obtacles in legal regulations which limits the effeciency of criminal proceedings generally and first-instance trial of corporate legal entities particularly.
