Discussion on the rights to inheritance of individuals born with assisted reproductive technology

Abstract

This article studies the Vietnamese law applying to an heir who is an individual born with assisted reproductive technology; including some unclear or inappropriate provisions that make it difficult to apply in practice as well as not guarantee the rights to inheritance of those individuals. Basing on the research’s results, the article initially proposes recommendations to improve Vietnamese law on these limitations.
