Following the implementation of legal documents in Vietnam - Theoretical and practical issues

Abstract

Following the implementation of legal documents in Vietnam is an important but difficult mission which has a decisive meaning for the effectiveness of the promulgated legal documents. The article analyzes current situation of following the implementation of legal documents by assessing achieved results and existed limitations, thereby giving some suggestions to improve effectiveness of that activity.
