Actus reus of the Crime of usury in civil transactions according to the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017)

Abstract

The article analyzes actus reus (objective element) of Crime of usury in civil transactions according to the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) as well as several difficulties in identifying factors in actus reus to convict for usury in civil transactions.
