Obtacles on suspended sentence according to current Vietnamese criminal laws

Abstract

Although suspended sentence has been applying in Vietnamese’s criminal laws, it still faces to several limitations. This article clarifies our criminal regulations on suspened sentence as well as proposes recommendations to complete them.
