Ensuring just trial for accused persons by their right of defense

Abstract

The article analyzes the content of right to defence of accused persons, then shortcomings and recommendations to ensure right to a fair trial of the accused by the provisions of their right to defence in Vietnamese Criminal Procedure Code are pointed out.
