The press and media’s control to the implementation of state power of the provincial People’s Committee in Vietnam

Abstract

Under the impact of the science-technology revolution, the press and media have affected on social relationships, every organization and individual as well as state power control. The article analyzes the press and media’s roles in controlling the rights to the implementation of state power by provincial People’s Committee, then brings out situations and solutions to improve the cotrolled effeciency of the press and media over the implementation of state power by provincial People’s Committee in Vietnam.
