Some nations’ laws on verbal violence on social networks and references for Vietnam

Abstract

The article analyzes a number of legal provisions in some countries and Vietnamese’s laws on verbal violence on social networks considering potential impacts of the Industrial Revolution 4.0; then suggests some references ​​for lawmakers to improve regulations on verbal violence on social networks in the near future.
