Dispute resolution clause in international sales contracts under PICC, CISG and Vietnamese laws

Abstract

Dispute resolution clause in international sales contracts is a special kind of provision set out by the parties to serve as a basis for resolving disputes in the peformance of contract. Therefore, it only regulates the rights and obligations of the contract holder when disputing. In case of no dispute in performance of contract, dispute resolution clause will be meaningless to the parties.
