Abstract

The small institution of Statute prescribed by Vietnamese criminal laws belongs to Exemption measures one. However, theoretically, continuing to perfect legal regulations on Statute is necessary. The article concentrates on clarifying theoretical matters on statute in Vietnamese criminal laws and continuous orientation to complete this small institution.
