The crime of taking bribes in the 2015 Penal code and recommendations

Abstract

The article analyzes the signs of actus reus (objective element) and mens rea (subjective element) of the crime of taking bribes in the Vietnamese Penal Code, from which some recommendations to perfect the law and to improve the efficiency of criminal law application on this crime are given.
