Some exceptions of the principle of freedom to contract

Abstract

Laws has stipulated the principle of freedom to contract in many specific provisions that helps the entities have a correct orientation when using their self-determination right in entering into and and implementation contract. However, some cases of civil transactions do not comply with this principle called exception of the principle of freedom to contract. The article analyzes specific exceptions as well as gives examples of these exceptions
