Cybercrime and using electronic data for accusation and ligitation in criminal trail

Abstract

The 2015 Criminal Procedure Code has supplemented specific regulations that electronic data is one source of evidence. That is very important for participants in the procedures, especially for the People’s Procuracy in using electronic data for accusation and ligitation in trail. The article clarifies cybercrime, the role of electronic data in the criminal proceedings; points out difficulities in using electronic data and proposed solutions.
