Abstract

Among child sexual abuse crimes, “engaging in sexual intercourse or other sexual activities with a person aged from 13 to under 16” is always in the majority and tends to increase. However, there are many difficulties in trail that crime practically. The article analyzes obtacles in the application of criminal laws when investigating and adjudication this type of crime.
