New points and recommendations to improve the application of the 2015 Penal Code’s provisions on the offences against individuals’ reputation

Abstract

It has been a complicated increasing in the offences against individuals’ reputation that causes social instability. Although the 2015 Penal Code has been comprehensively revised to overcome limitations in the former one, it still remains some regulations that need to be improved to combat and prevent from those dangerous crimes.
