Directions to complete theoretical matters about accusing function in Vietnamese criminal procedures

Abstract

Among procedural functions, the accusing function comes first which is premise and followed by the defense and judicial ones. This article clarifies and evaluates the theoretical status of the accusing function in Vietnameses criminal proceedings; then brings out the direction to set up its theoretical framework to be fit with the spirit of current judicial reform.
