Measures to handle violations of anti-competitive acts under the 2018 Competition Law

Abstract

Anti-competitive practices cause the most serious impacts on the market. Therefore, controlling the behaviors and sanctions against violations of anti-competitive practices are important to ensure the order of competition in the market. Although the provisions of the 2018 Competition Law have many progressive points in compared with the 2004 one on sanctions against violations of anti-competitive practices, it still need to improve several shortcomings.
