The provisions of CISG 1980 and Vietnamese Commercial Law on damages compensation

Abstract

The article analyzes the provisions of The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Viena, 1980 - CISG) and Vietnamese Commercial Law on damages compensation, then proposes solutions to improve Vietnamese law to be compatible with international commercial law on damages compensation in the contract for the international sale of goods.
