Completing Vietnamese legal regulations on resolving merchants and customers’ dispute

Abstract

Be considered as at the heart of modern consumer protection policy, especially   in the market economy, the consumers’ rights are guaranteed by the recognition of methods to resolve merchants and customers’ dispute. The article points out current status of Vietnamese law on resolving merchants and customers’ dispute, then proposes solutions to improve legal regulations for better protection the consumers’ rights.
