Consent – a special institution in the Federal Republic of Germany’s criminal law

Abstract

As a supplement to the fault institution in criminal law, Consent helps to solve situations which there will be no legal basis to exclude the criminal nature of acts that cause damage to one’s life, health, property, rights and interests without the consent of the affected subjects. This article clarifies Consent institution in the Federal Republic of Germany’s criminal law, thereby drawing experience for Vietnam.
