Perfecting legal provisions to improve the efficiency of preventing from “black credit” crimes and law violations

Abstract

Recently, crimes and law violations related to “black credit” have complicated developments that leads to dangerous consequences for society. However, there are many difficulties in combating against these crimes and law violations, especially in the application of relevant legal documents. The article points out some issues that need to be improved in legal documents to effectively fight against “black credit” crimes and law violations in upcoming time.
