Relationship between exercising the right to prosecution and supervising judicial activities in criminal procedures

Abstract

Although exercising the right to prosecution and supervising judicial activities which are two basic functions of the People’s Procuracy are independent, they have close relationship with each other. The article clarifies the relationship between these two functions in the operation of the People’s Procuracy, contributing to ensuring the strict and uniform law observance.
