Obstacles in directly execute judgments and decisions of Huissier

Abstract

To face the difficulty and complexity of civil judgment enforcement, the legal framework of Huissier has been re-enacted to support and improve the efficiency of that activities. However, one of the important tasks of Huissier, which is to directly execute judgments and decisions, still faces many difficulties and limitations due to obstacles from legal regulations. The article studies the actual situation of direct execution of judgments, decisions of the Huissier, then points out the shortcomings and proposes some recommendations.
