Some legal matters on the digital currency issued by the Central Bank in Vietnam currently

Abstract

In the context of the fourth industrial revolution, the digital currency issued by the Central Bank appears as an inevitable development trend. However, it remains both benefits and challenges, especially in legal issues. Therefore, the article generalizes digital currencies issued by the Central Bank, reviews the existing relevant legal regulations in Vietnam and proposes some legal solutions on accreditation, issuance and management of this kind of digital currency.
