Evaluating the suitability of Vietnamese criminal laws and international laws on ensuring rights of person under 18 years old in criminal procedures and recommendations

Abstract

The article presents some international provisions on important rights of person under 18 years old in criminal proceedings as well as analyzes the suitability of Vietnamese criminal laws and international laws on this matter. Thereby, some recommendations to perfect these regulations in our laws are brought out.
