Several obtacles on the crime of molestation of a person under 16 years old according to the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017)

Abstract

Recently, the situation of molestation of person under 16 years old in Vietnam is very  common  and  complicated.  Many  cases  cause  frustration  in  public  but  the  state agencies are still confused in handling due to some shortcomings in the actus resus. The article clarifies the inadequacies in the regulations of molestation and proposes some solutions to improve this provision.
