Theoretical matters on the use of evidence in current Vietnamese criminal proceedings

Abstract

Using evidence in criminal proceedings is an important step in the process of proving a criminal case, ensuring accurate, objective and comprehensive case investigation. The article analyzes and evaluates the theoretical status of the use of evidence in criminal proceedings in Vietnam as well as the direction of constructing a theoretical structure on the use of evidence in Vietnam’s criminal proceedings to be consistent with the spirit of judicial reform in the current period.
