Arrest of persons under some nations’ criminal procedures laws and references for Vietnam

Abstract

The paper presents provisions on arrest measure in the criminal proceedings of the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan; thereby, the author brings out some reference values to improve the regulations on that measure in our criminal proceedings.
