Improving the effectiveness of confrontation in investigating criminal cases under the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract

In the criminal investigation process, Investigators need to use various investigative measures under the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code to collect documents and evidence to prove the crime, perpetrator and criminal offense. In which, confrontation is one  of the most difficult and complicated investigation measures. Therefore, the article presents some provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on the measure of confrontation and several matters to improve the effectiveness of using this measure.
