Law violations in investment to constructing BOT traffic works and preventive solutions

Abstract

In the article, the author gives out the current situation of implementing investment to constructing BOT traffic works in Vietnam today, a number of inadequacies that causes crimes and legal violations related to investment under this model and preventive solutions.
