Discuss the Court’s first-instance trial jurisdiction of criminal cases

Abstract

The jurisdiction of the Court is very clearly defined in Article 268 of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code. However, in the process of applying, the procedure agencies still face some difficulties when determine which court’s jurisdiction the case falls into. The article analyzes the regulations of the Criminal Procedure Code on the jurisdiction of the Court and makes some recommendations to improve the regulations of the criminal law.
