Abstract

Collecting, evaluating and examining criminal traces plays an important role in investigating cases. On the basis of research results and practical surveys, the article proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of collecting, evaluating and examining criminal traces of the Criminal Technical force in investigating the crimes of making, possessing, spreading information, materials, items for the purpose of opposing the State of Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
