Discussion on bribery and bribery crimes

Abstract

The 2015 Penal Code has made many amendments and supplements to the crimes       of bribery in consistent with trial practice, the requirements of crime prevention and combat and the United Nations Convention against Corruption. The article focuses on analyzing bribery, distinguishing bribery from corruption, thereby giving different conceptions and clarifying the characteristics of bribery crimes, as a basis for further amending and supplementing the 2015 Penal Code to provide for these crimes.
