Abstract

Contract on transfer of land use rights is an important legal form, having a decisive factor in the outcome of making transaction of land use rights through the form of land transfer. The article focuses on analyzing and commenting on current legal provisions on the subject of a contract on transfer of land use rights, thereby pointing out some limitations, shortcomings and making recommendations to improve the law on this issue.
