Cooperation relationship between the Investigation Police Agency and the People’s Procuracy in receiving and handling accusations, criminal information in Thua Thien Hue province

Abstract

The article reflects the current situation and results of the cooperation relationship between  the  Investigation  Police  Agency  and  the  People’s  Procuracy   in  receiving and handling accusations, criminal information in Thua  Thien  Hue  province.  Along with that, on the basis of identifying limitations  and shortcomings,  the author  makes  five recommendations and proposals to improve the effectiveness of this cooperation relationship in the coming time.
