Regulations of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on appellate trial preparation and some recommendations

Abstract

Although the regulations on appellate trial preparation in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code have had some amendments and supplements compared to the 2003 Criminal Procedure Code, there are still some unsatisfactory provisions and obstacles in practical application. The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating legal provisions on appellate trial preparation, identifying inadequacies, thereby proposing amendments and supplements to a number of regulations on appellate trial preparation.
