Protecting the moral rights of individuals with respect to images in civil laws of Vietnam and the laws of some countries in the world - Suggestions for Vietnamese law in the current epoch of industry 4.0

Abstract

The article mentioned the infringement of image rights and together with the protection methods of Vietnamese law as well as in the laws of some countries in the world. Thereby, the author proposes some suggestions for Vietnamese law in protecting the moral rights of individuals with respect to images in order to improve the legal regulations on this issue in the current epoch of industry 4.0.
