The article points out the difficulties and obstacles in the exercise the power to prosecute in the investigation of criminal cases, thereby, proposes some solutions to further improve the quality and efficiency of the performance of duties and powers of the Procuracy when exercising the power to prosecute during the investigation of criminal cases.
