Practical implementation of the law on off-the-plan sales contract

Abstract

In order to solve capital for investors as well as ensure housing for people, our State recognizes on off-the-plan sales contract through legal documents, especially the 2014 Law on Housing and the 2014 Law on Real Estate Business. The legal framework for off-the-plan sales contract is an important basis for orienting home buying and selling behavior between investors and people in practice. The article focuses analyzing the practical implementation of the law on off-the-plan sales contract to see the inadequacies related to this type of contract.
