The relationship between the People’s Procuracy and the People’s Court in the application of administrative handling measures

Abstract

The article analyzes the relationship between the People’s Procuracy and the People’s Court in the application of administrative handling measures on the basis of current legal regulations, thereby making some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the relationship between these two agencies in the application of administrative handling measures.
